At ICON, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • RETURNS:  Returned item(s) must be completely unused and resalable.

  • EXCHANGES: For product exchanges, item(s) must be returned unused and in resalable condition. Please indicate which item you would like in exchange for what you are returning. Any additional expenses and/or shipping charges will be charged to the original credit card supplied.
  • BACKORDERS:  We work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order. However, if a specific product is on backorder, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to notify you of the delay. We will provide an estimated delivery date or allow you to cancel or change your order for an item that is currently in stock.
  • SHIPPING:  All US orders will be shipped via UPS.  International orders are shipped via US Postal Service.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  If you have trouble placing an order, please email us at the address below.
