At ICON, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- RETURNS: Returned item(s) must be completely unused and resalable.
- EXCHANGES: For product exchanges, item(s) must be returned unused and in resalable condition. Please indicate which item you would like in exchange for what you are returning (must be of equal value). Any additional expenses and/or shipping charges will be charged to the original credit card supplied.
- BACKORDERS: We work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order. However, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to notify you of the delay. We will give you an estimated delivery date or allow you to cancel or change your order for an item that is currently in stock.
- SHIPPING: Shipping is available to all 50 states in the U.S. Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders will be shipped via UPS.
NOTE: Starting July 22, 2010, all shipping will be on hold due to our attendance at EAA in Oshkosh, WI. All orders place online after this date will be shipped upon our return on Thursday, August 5. If you happen to be at the air show, please stop by the booth as we will be selling our merchandise there. Thank you in advance for your patience.
